Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts in the same person's name, or operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is a clear violation of these terms and conditions. If this condition is violated, vd22 reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and cancel all bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information or concealing identity may result in immediate account closure. If personal information changes, the member is responsible for updating it.

2.4 Account Security

It is each member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use the account is prohibited. Any instance of unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

vd22 supports the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come only from the registered user's own account.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Each transaction is recorded according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met.
• The bonus applies only once — a member will receive only one welcome bonus.
• vd22 reserves the right to offer or withdraw bonus offers.
• Transferring bonuses is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Other Promotions

vd22 periodically offers various promotional offers, cashback, and special bonuses. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the promotion's detail page. In addition to the general bonus terms, the specific terms of each promotion must also be followed.

4.3 VIP Program

vd22's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation. VIP tier cashback is added to the account as a bonus and can be withdrawn subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

vd22 believes in fair play. Every game on our platform is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Any form of cheating, automated betting using software, use of bots, or gaining an advantage through artificial means is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd22 platform:

5.3 Technical Errors

6.1 Self-Exclusion

vd22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of account use by a minor.

7.2 Member's Rights

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before account closure, subject to active bonuses and wagering requirements.

All content on the vd22 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of vd22 and is protected under copyright law. Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

vd22 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a gaming session due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems caused by the failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Damage caused by the member's own device, software, or security failure.
